Educate
The lack of mandatory sex education around the world is extremely alarming and unsafe. It leaves people poorly equipped to deal with their sexuality. Accurate teaching on women's bodies would be a game changer for women's overall wellbeing, providing relevant information about bodily autonomy beyond just sexual senses.
Inform
1 out of 3 women are more likely to fall prey by the age 18. An empowered woman who becomes autonomous has less chances of being sexually contacted if she did not want it in the first place!
Bodily autonomy is important because women are aware and knowledgeable that their bodies are solely a property that they can treat with ownership - self-ownership.
Empower
The journey to empowerment begins with self-respect. As a woman's body becomes more valuable and sacred, she develops mindfulness of its needs; learning how best not only care for herself but also respect her own personhood in the process - an invaluable lesson on this path towards freedom.
